A similar gap applies to industrial premises and office space. For land acquisition, prices per m² remain among the most accessible in the Northern European arc.

A multimodal network to optimize your freight flows

Northern France concentrates 10% of France’s motorway network, provides direct access to the ports of Calais, Dunkirk and Boulogne-sur-Mer, features 1,035 km of navigable waterways, and connects to the European rail network.

The region is the only one in France with immediate proximity to the major ports of Antwerp, Rotterdam and Le Havre. For companies whose operations involve receiving and shipping goods on a European scale, this network reduces both lead times and transport costs.
