Patapam: a European leader in Hauts-de-France
The leading European B2B second hand fashion brand, Patapam, has selected a 14,000m2 warehouse in the Actipôle Business Park in Cambrai, Hauts-de-France.
The company will take possession of the premises on 1st January 2022, allowing itself several months to fit out the site. The new logistics platform will be operational at the end of 2022 and will be robotised by Exotec.
By 2023 the team will be 250 strong, growing to 400 in the long term. At full capacity, the platform will process and qualify more than 3 million garments per month.
Hauts-de-France: a strategic choice for business
Three key strengths drew Patapam to the Hauts-de-France region:
“Cambrai was the obvious choice due to its ideal location and the combined support of the Communauté d’Agglomération de Cambrai and the Hauts-de-France Region. They gave their unwavering support to our plan to recruit over 250 employees by 2023” Eric Gagnaire, Co-founder and President, Patapam.
Stakeholder support for the project
Thanks to their quick involvement, Nord France Invest and the Region were able to assist Patapam in choosing the best solution for their project and support the roll-out.
The Communauté d’Agglomération de Cambrai is committed to building a winning partnership, boosting its support and promoting its know-how.
BNP Paris Real Estate offered support and advice to the company for its new logistics facility.
