Délices des 7 Vallées – the history

Founded in 1996, the company produces a range of nearly 700 mini-doughnuts, muffins, cream puffs and another famous, regional speciality, the Christmas “coquille” or shell. At the end of 2018, Délices des 7 Vallées joined the Mademoiselle Desserts, a leader in the professional patisserie sector.

Today, Délices des 7 Vallées employs 300 people and boasts revenue of €68 million, including 20% generated by exports.

Project implementation

Boosted by rapid growth, Délices des 7 Vallées decided to build a new 6,300 m2 premises in the Ecopolis zone at Tincques in the Hauts-de-France. Major construction works for the new production site were launched in February 2021.

In May 2022, the layout is being finalised for the showroom, the marketing, purchasing and R&D departments, as well as offices and meeting rooms.

Two new production lines this year

Tests start in mid-May on the first production line with the first team. A second team arrives in June and a third in July.
