When TCS first looked to expand its French footprint more than a decade ago, the challenge was clear: how to build a sustainable presence in Europe, close to major clients but also close to the talent that drives innovation.
While many international firms concentrated around Paris, TCS saw opportunity elsewhere — in a region combining industrial know-how, digital ambition, and human warmth: Hauts-de-France.
“Northern France is a very dynamic region with a lot of entrepreneurship,” recalls a TCS executive. “The region is able to transform itself on certain important topic such as AI, the electric transition and the production of batteries.”
TCS needed a location that offered more than infrastructure, a region that shared its vision of technological transformation.
