Every three years, Nord France Invest and the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry team up to survey foreign-owned businesses operating in the region. The 2017 edition was the first to study the new Hauts-de-France region, created in 2016 when Nord-Pas de Calais merged with Picardy.
