Coming soon to Lille Region: Shenzhen Association Of Internet Of Things

02 Dec 2014 | A region on the move, ICT

On a trade mission to China in late October, EuraTechnologies and Nord France Invest signed a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen’s Association of Internet of Things (AOIT), representing over 400 specialized businesses.

The partners will organize bilateral trade missions and encourage Chinese businesses to set up in Northern France, with AOIT scheduled to open a new office and showroom in the EuraTechnologies complex in the first half of 2015.

EuraTechnologies also plans to launch a business incubator to attract Chinese companies looking to set up in Europe. Participating companies will receive technical support from both EuraTechnologies and Nord France Invest.

The agreement follows several months of talks with AOIT and reflects a sustained drive in China by Nord France Invest and EuraTechnologies to position Northern France as a leading region in Europe’s digital economy.
